1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you join the waitlist, use our invoice generator, or communicate with us. This may include your email address, business details, and usage metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process transactions, and to send you related information, including confirmations and technical notices. Additionally, we aggregate and anonymize document contents (such as standard line item names, descriptions, and rates) to generate market insights and statistical data. This aggregated data cannot be linked back to you or your clients.

3. Data Storage & Temporary Sessions

To prevent data loss and ensure a seamless experience, we may temporarily store the documents and invoices you generate using an anonymous identifier saved in your browser. This data is securely stored on our servers and can only be accessed using the unique link or your specific browser session. We automatically delete any anonymous, unlinked data after 30 days to minimize the retention of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). When you create an account, these temporary sessions will be securely transferred to your registered profile.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

5. Contact Us
