By accessing or using Invoiro AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials (information or software) on Invoiro's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Invoiro's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Invoiro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Invoiro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Invoiro's website.

You do. Any invoices, estimates, receipts, or other documents you create with Invoiro are entirely your intellectual property. We claim no ownership or rights over your content. You are free to use, distribute, and modify your documents however you choose.
Absolutely. Invoiro is designed for professional and commercial use. Whether you're a freelancer, a small business, or a large enterprise, you can use Invoiro to create and send invoices to your clients without any restrictions on commercial activity.
Your invoices are downloaded as PDF files to your own device, so they remain yours regardless of our service status. If you have saved invoices in your account, we would provide a minimum 90-day notice period with full data export capabilities before any service discontinuation.
Invoiro provides tools to help you create accurate invoices, but you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and verifying the information before sending them to clients. We recommend double-checking all amounts, tax rates, and client details before exporting.
The free Starter plan includes unlimited invoice creation and PDF exports. The only limit is on AI-powered generations, which are capped at 5 per month on the free plan. There are no limits on manual invoice creation, editing, or downloading.
